TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR KOKORO HARAMAKI ONLINE SHOP

1. Terms of Use Agreement
By accessing this website and/or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this website or any of the materials displayed on it. Your continued access or use of this website will constitute your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, as they may be amended in absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice to you.

3. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions as and when required, without prior notice. Any such amendments will immediately apply to the use of the site.

4. Delivery
a) Delivery of the products you order will be made to the address you specify in the check out procedure when placing your order. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges incurred.
c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
d) Please note the address you specify should be the registered card address.
e) If you require a separate delivery address please supply this information at the time of placing your order. The method we use to deliver your order will vary depending on the delivery address (UK or International) and the size/weight of your order. For full details of our Delivery Terms and Conditions, including postage and shipping costs (if applicable) please refer to the Delivery information page on this website.
f) We aim to have your kokoro haramaki with you as soon as possible.  All orders will be posted within 2 working days of cleared payment.  Your kokoro haramaki will be delivered through 1^st Class Royal Mail services unless otherwise requested.  All items will have free 1^st Class UK Delivery.  Please contact us for delivery addresses outside the UK.

5. Cancelling Orders
a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 7 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
b) If, after we have dispatched the products, you cancel your order you must return the products, unopened and in their complete packaging in good condition, to our office address (see contact us). The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will be refunded only when the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Any refund will be the value of your order excluding the post and packaging costs.
c) You cannot cancel your order once you have used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected

6. Price and Payment
a) The product price is the price quoted on the Web Site at the time your order is accepted. The price will include any applicable value added tax (VAT), but does not include the cost of delivery, if this applies (see delivery charges).
b) In addition, unless your order qualifies for free delivery (see delivery charges) charges for delivery will apply as quoted on the Web Site at the time we accept your order. Our charges vary according to which method of delivery is used and to which address the delivery is made. You will be asked to specify this in your order (i.e. UK or overseas address).
c) Payment is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit or debit card. We operate a fully secure website, supporting the Internet standard of Secure Socket Layers or SSL to ensure that the transmission of your sensitive information cannot be intercepted or decoded.
d) Although every care is taken over the accuracy of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and products may be priced incorrectly. Should this occur we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

7. Returns & Refunds
We are confident that your kokoro haramaki will be perfect, however we accept returns on all items under the following policy:
a) You must return the goods within 7 working days of receiving them.
b) The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent to you.
c) You will need to obtain a proof of posting slip, as we can not refund on items lost in the post on the way back to us.
d) Refund will be made in full, excluding P & P, within 7 working days of receiving the goods back.
e) If you would rather exchange your kokoro haramaki to a different colour or size please mail us at info@kokoro-japan.co.uk.
